Scheduling and Cancellations
Cancellation Policy
If you need to reschedule, we kindly request at least 48 hours’ notice whenever possible, except in the case of illness or emergency. This allows us to offer that time to another patient in need of care.
Call List
If your preferred day or time isn’t available, you’re welcome to join our call list. We review it daily and often move patients up when openings become available.
